Luke looked after us very well all the way from initial valuation about 2 yrs prior to going on the market through to sale of ours and purchase of another property. He communicated with us throughout in a way that suited us, mostly via WhatsApp and calls, keeping us up to date and helping to push where required (unfortunately more than i believe to be normal with our solicitors). The photos and floorplans were to a high standard and very professional, viewings were on time and of minimal disruption and I really felt like I could trust him to do the right thing throughout.
