Laurence was fantastic throughout the whole sale process. Having used another agent previously to try and sell our property (unsuccessfully!), Laurence were a breath of fresh air. His attitude to the whole sale was refreshing. From the superbly produced brochure to the unfussy, professional, and relaxed way in which he conducted viewings and communicated with prospective buyers and ourselves, I cannot speak highly enough of his service. Even after the sale was agreed and there were some last minute technical hitches that almost stopped the sale from going through, Laurence went well over and above to ensure that things worked out for the best in the end, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Having heard so many horror stories about estate agents, having dealt with a few unscrupulous ones over the years, I would highly recommend Laurence. He really went the extra mile, and above all are genuine people who made a really stressful process as pleasant as it possibly could have been.
