7 Star, bespoke, stunning service. I can honestly say these guys are true professionals, Luke was amazing, he knew what stage everyone in the chain where up to at all times and kept us fully informed. Not your average 9-5pm agent making themselves available out of hours. Luke even answered my call when abroad on his holidays! he was happy to talk to me and provide an update, nothing was to much trouble, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they really are in a league of their own.

Luke looked after us very well all the way from initial valuation about 2 yrs prior to going on the market through to sale of ours and purchase of another property. He communicated with us throughout in a way that suited us, mostly via WhatsApp and calls, keeping us up to date and helping to push where required (unfortunately more than i believe to be normal with our solicitors). The photos and floorplans were to a high standard and very professional, viewings were on time and of minimal disruption and I really felt like I could trust him to do the right thing throughout.
